In 2005 PSI opened PMR as a full service 30,000 sq ft. recycling facility in Puebla, Mexico just outside of Mexico City. This facility can handle Recycling of large and small parts as well as Management Programs for companies that produce scrap. Our day to day capabilities include Shredding, Grinding, Sorting, Warehousing, Import/Export and various processes for recycling operations in Mexico as well as US projects.
Companies might use PMR for:
Recycling Programs for plastics, metals cardboard and
other materials
Sale scrap materials to PMR, PSI or one of our affiliates
Warehouse materials
Import or Export materials

From Veracruz: Take the route Veracruz-Cordoba-Orizaba-Puebla (Route Mex 150D), arriving Puebla pass the Amozoc Toll, take the side road (lateral) using exit Boulevard Hermanos Serdan-Tlaxcala (KM 121), pass under the bridge and keep on the side road (lateral). PMR is 200 mts on your right (Km 119.8) right after Mercedes Benz Trucks dealer.
From Mexico City: Take the route Mexico-Puebla (Route Mex 150D), pass two Tolls (San Marcos and San Martin Texmelucan). At Km 120, to make a U turn, take side road (lateral) on exit Puebla-Boulevard Hermanos Serdan, go under the bridge and take the return to Mexico City-Tlaxcala. Take exit to Mexico City - Airport and keep on side road (lateral). PMR is 200 mts on your right (Km 119.8) right after Mercedes Benz Trucks dealer.
From Tlaxcala: Take route Tlaxcala-Puebla (Route Mex 119). Pass Panzacola and Zacalelco towns and get to a fork with route Mexico - Puebla. Take right exit to Mexico City and keep on side road (lateral). Pass under the bridge. PMR is 200 mts on your right (Km 119.8) right after Mercedes Benz Trucks dealer.
From Downtown Puebla: From Zocalo, take Calle 3 Oriente. Turn right on Boulevard Atlixco. Take Boulevard Hermanos Serdán to exit Route Mexico - Puebla. Take exit to Mexico City and keep on side road (lateral). PMR is 200 mts on your right (Km 119.8) right after Mercedes Benz Trucks dealer.

Throughout Canada, the United States, Mexico, and Latin American Countries (including South America and Brazil) Polymer Sciences has a network of trusted qualified vendors that we work with for various recycling projects and capabilities. These qualified vendors work closely with PSI in a controlled and verifiable environment, allowing PSI to extend our unique capabilities well beyond our borders. These programs can take on Management Program scenarios whereby we manage and operate recycling programs for industrial accounts that produce scrap, thus helping them control their scrap and receive the highest revenue for their materials.
