Polymer Sciences Repelletization Facilities: In 2006 PSI opened Polymer Sciences Wheaton facility as a full service 50,000 sq. ft. recycling and pelletization facility in Atlanta Georgia. With this facility we can shred, grind, sort and repelletize materials for the more discriminate recycled content users. We have 4 lines at this facility utilizing underwater ring, under water cut and strand pelletizing systems. Materials are articulately filtered, sized, and cut free of tails, longs or particles. Toll-Processing is a major segment of our business. PSI stands ready to take in your recyclable post industrial materials and turn these materials to usable and manageable feed stream for your Enterprise. We work closely with your personnel to maintain and account for your inventories at our plant and responding to quick changes and adaptations to quality. Office space at our facility is always available for our customer visits, whether they are scheduled or spur of the moment. Materials can be sent bulk freight out of our silos, packaged in super sacks or boxed with liners and tops, depending on your requirements. We also have the ability to ship to local rail spur for off load to rail car at very economical prices. Quality is key to our operations, we maintain a small quality lab to confirm our production requirements and set up you project parameters. Over the past 12 years that Polymer Sciences has been in business, we have established a network of preferred pelletizers across the country where we enjoy excellent relations and discounts on our customer projects. PSI has managed to set up these relationships with vendors since we are a trusted company and bring in ongoing projects to these vendors we receive customer preference in return.
