Technology Development & Transfer

Our technology transfer strategy is based on three dimensions, PSI has several Patents and Intellectual Properties (patents applied for or strictly IP) for consideration. With these technologies we are looking at the following:

Commercialize Technologies in house by PSI

License Technologies to other qualified firms

    Sell Technologies outright

Commercialize Technologies

With all our innovations and capabilities, we chose to maintain projects in house and bring the process or product to market. PSI possesses several patents of which we plan to build plants and process polymer materials. Commercialization yields the best return for our shareholders, but is not always practical, therefore we never close the door to licensing or selling or intellectual property to more qualified or capable firms.

Our plans are to build plants to process material as well as out source to other firms through licensing and technology transfer to achieve our commercialization commitments.

Manufacturing or Process Developments:

    Reconstruction Processed Products

Paint Removal, 100% Mechanical and Economical
Process multi-layered materials, separate out 100%

Licensing, JV or Sell Technologies

Recognizing that we can't accomplish all that we want overnight or that we may not be qualified to enter some industries quickly, we are given to license form Joint Ventures or sell our innovations. Currently we have several programs that we are interested in licensing or selling including:

  •  100% mechanical process to remove paint from plastic regrind and use plastic contaminate free.
  •  100% mechanical process to remove any coating from plastic regrind and reuse plastic contaminate free
  •  Porous polymer process for UHMW-PE: medical joint - bone and cartilage implant replacement applications - currently not achieved in this industry
  •  Porous polymer process for production of implant Rx time delivery device - currently no achieved by industry.
  •  Pulverization Technology more economical more energy efficient and with a higher through put than cryogenic or milling; works with all thermoplastic, thermoset and rubber materials
  •  Pulverization process for PUR and other foams allowing scrap foam to be used into re-foaming at levels up to 20% (automotive seats, cushions, bedding material, noise vibration materials, etc.)
  •  Improved separation process of commingled polymer materials over all existing processes including hydro-cyclone, float sink, cyclone, etc.
